Systems Downtime – Saturday, October 2nd
Hello Campus Community,
This is to notify you of a significant systems downtime event planned for next Saturday, October 2nd. This had been originally planned for September 25, but due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts had to be moved.
ALSO NOTE: The updates to Banner applications will still occur and some applications may be down from 8:00am – 10:00am on Sunday September 26.
Reason for Outage: Replacement of Data Center Core Network Routers
Date/Time of Outage: Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 8:00am thru 5:00pm
Affected Systems: All Information Systems Supported Applications
Banner, ODS, and related systems including:
Banner Admin Pages, Banner Self Service (SSB),
Banner Job Submission, Banner Workflow, BDMS,
A/R Payment Processing, Registration, Transcript Requests,
RAMmobile (functions such as grades, courses, & notifications),
ARIESweb, RAMweb, FAMweb, uAchieve, Transferology,
eIDentity (creation or edits), MyHousing (new student applications for housing)
Additional affected systems:
Human Resources, Self-Service Human Resources,
Kuali Financial System (KFS), Kuali Research (KR), OSR Ledgers and Commitment,
Applications Manager, Vista Plus, Canvas, EMS Class Scheduling
Unaffected Systems: TimeClock Plus, Canvas, EMS Class Scheduling
