Systems Downtime – August 15th, 2021 (complete)
UPDATE: AppMan has successfully been upgraded to version 9.3.5 and is back up and running.
Hello Campus Community,
This message is to notify you of scheduled downtime for Applications Manager (AppMan) Production that will be occurring between Sunday, August 15, 2021, between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm.
In addition to this upgrade, regular operating system (OS) level patching will occur on all production systems between 9:00 am and 10:00 am, during our regularly scheduled maintenance window. These patches should not disrupt any availability on any of our applications. However, those working on KFS during this window should save their work frequently. KFS cannot sustain sessions during the patching, so it is possible to have minor glitches that could cause a loss in data. Please save your documents frequently during this time because you may see a brief disruption in KFS. You may need to search for your existing document if you are kicked out of it.

RAMmobile (functions such as grades, courses, & notifications),
ARIESweb, RAMweb, FAMweb, uAchieve, Transferology,
eIDentity (creation or edits), MyHousing (new student applications for housing)
