Downtime of production applications is scheduled to begin on Saturday February 13 and extend through Sunday February 14.

Hello Campus Community,

This is to notify you of a significant systems downtime event planned in Mid-February. Downtime of production applications will begin Saturday February 13 and extend through Sunday. Details are below:

Reason for Outage:     Equipment Racking to Facilitate a Critical Data Center Upgrade

Date/Time of Outage:   From Saturday, February 13 at 6:30am thru Sunday, February 14 at 6:30pm

Affected Systems:      All Information Systems Supported Applications

Banner and related systems including:
Banner Admin Pages, Banner Self Service (SSB),
Banner Job Submission, Banner Workflow, BDMS,
A/R Payment Processing, Registration, Transcript Requests,
RAMmobile (functions such as grades, courses, & notifications),
ARIESweb, RAMweb, FAMweb, uAchieve, Transferology,
eIDentity (creation or edits), MyHousing (new student applications for housing)


Data refresh jobs for the ODS and Data Warehouse will not run Friday night. Once ODS becomes available again on Sunday, it will still reflect updates as of Friday morning. Normal refresh jobs will run overnight on Sunday and ODS will be fully current again Monday morning.

Human Resources, Self-Service Human Resources,
Kuali Financial System (KFS), Kuali Research (KR), OSR Ledgers and Commitment, Applications
Manager, Vista Plus, Canvas, EMS Class Scheduling

Unaffected Systems:    TimeClock Plus, Canvas, EMS Class Scheduling

NOTE: Application test environments (non-production) will go offline on Friday, February 12 by 4:00pm, and   will return to service Monday morning
