Systems Downtime – HR – September 19, 2021 8:00 am – 10:00 am

Hello Campus Community


This email is to inform you of maintenance occurring on Sunday, September 19, 2021 during our regular maintenance window.  Outage windows are shown below and are approximate. Please distribute or print as necessary to inform those impacted by this maintenance outage.

Reason for Outage:      The HR system has critical patches to apply that will make the system unavailable for approximately two hours from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.


Time of Outage:

HR     Sunday, September 19th 8:00 am –10:00 am

TimeClock Plus, Kuali Financial System (KFS), Kuali Research (KR), OSR Ledgers and Commitment,

Applications Manager, Vista Plus, Canvas, EMS Class Scheduling Banner, ODS,

Banner Admin Pages, Banner Self Service (SSB),

Banner Job Submission, Banner Workflow, BDMS,

A/R Payment Processing, Registration, Transcript Requests,

RAMmobile (functions such as grades, courses, & notifications),

ARIESweb, RAMweb, FAMweb, uAchieve, Transferology,

eIDentity (creation or edits), MyHousing (new student applications for housing)
