HR Outage during our standard Sunday maintenance window

This is to notify you of a systems downtime that will be occurring this weekend during our standard maintenance window

Date/Time of Outage:    Sunday, Aug 19, 2018 8:00am – 09:00am

Reason for Outage:       Planned Production Maintenance:  Oracle Q2 Quarterly patches – Follow up correction

Affected Systems:         Human Resources including Self Service 8:00 am – 9:00 am

 

 Unaffected Systems:     ARIES and related systems including:

Banner application (INB), Banner Self Service (SSB),

Banner Job Submission, Banner Workflow, BDMS,

A/R Payment Processing, Registration, Transcript Requests,

RAMmobile (student functions such as grades, courses, & notifications),

ARIESweb, RAMweb, u.Achieve, u.Select, eIdentity, FAMweb, ODS

OSR Vision, Housing RMS, FAMIS, Applications Manager, Vista Plus

 

Other unaffected systems:

TimeClock Plus,

Canvas, EMS Class Scheduling
